Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the locally operated bitshell application.
Authorized use
You may use bitshell only with Google accounts and browser environments that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must comply with Google policies, applicable laws, and the rights of other people.
User-controlled actions
Mailbox operations occur only after a user configures an account, grants OAuth permission, and starts the relevant task. Moving messages to Trash changes mailbox data. You are responsible for reviewing account bindings and task settings before starting an operation.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting the Windows account, local database, Google Cloud OAuth credentials, browser profiles, and computer on which bitshell runs. Do not expose the local control API or browser debugging endpoints to the public internet.
Availability and changes
Google APIs, browser interfaces, and authentication requirements may change or become unavailable. bitshell may be updated or discontinued without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. No attempt is made to bypass Google authentication, verification, or security challenges.
Disclaimer
bitshell is provided as-is for authorized local use. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that every operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always verify important mailbox data and maintain appropriate backups.
